SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $100 that are headed to any destination within the contiguous United States. Any order under $100 shipping within the contiguous US will incur a small flat-rate fee of $8 (wahoo!).

All orders are processed and shipped from our shop in Red Bank, New Jersey. Once received, orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days and as soon as possible. We’ll email you tracking information as soon as your package ships. Transit times are provided by the carrier and will vary based on the destination. We ship using UPS Ground Shipping for all orders.

FORGE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Additionally, if a package is missing but logged as delivered, we are unable to replace items. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, however the responsibility of such mishaps is lies ultimately with the mail carrier.

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the continental U.S.

If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you please contact hello@shopatforge.com within 48 hours. Please photograph both the original packaging and the damaged item, as this greatly helps us when submitting a claim to the carrier.

 

RETURNS

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase from FORGE, but if you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, we promise to make it as painless as possible. Free returns of full-priced items are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase (all sale items are final sale). You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Your item(s) must be returned to FORGE in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Repackage your product.

  2. Email us at hello@shopatforge to let us know you want to process a return.

  3. We’ll approve your return and email you back with a return label.

  4. Print out the label and affix it to your return package.

  5. Take it to your nearest UPS Dropoff Location.

Once your return is received, FORGE will send an email confirmation of your refund. A credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
